  1. Cancellation by the Traveler

3.1 Day Tours & Excursions

  • More than 48 hours before the tour:

  • Less than 48 hours before the tour:

  • Same day cancellation or No-Show:

3.2 Multi-Day Tours & Travel Packages

  • More than 30 days before arrival:
    ✅ Full refund (excluding bank / payment fees)
  • 15 – 30 days before arrival:
    🔸 75% refund
  • 7 – 14 days before arrival:
    🔸 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before arrival or No-Show:
    ❌ No refund

3.3 Nile Cruises & Hotels

Nile cruises and certain hotels operate under their own cancellation policies.

Therefore:

  • Higher cancellation fees may apply
  • Some bookings may be partially or fully non-refundable

We understand flexibility is important.
